   Nong Sukosit founds Maxcon as a construction consultancy company.
2. 2011

   Bangkok, Thailand

   E.D.M.A.

   Akin Vorpongthorn founds E.D.M.A. Co, Ltd. as an engineering design company.
3. 2016

   Bangkok, Thailand

   EM Group

   EM Group is established as a result of a merger between E.D.M.A. and Maxcon.
4. 2018

   Phnom Penh, Cambodia

   EM Cambodia

   The opportunity to manage a large government project brings EM Group to Cambodia.
   
   With a solid team in Phnom Penh, EM Group management decides to establish a local subsidiary to serve the thriving construction industry, appointing Ning Sukosit as Country Director for EM Cambodia (EMC).
5. 2021

   Phnom Penh, Cambodia

   Chenla Stamped Concrete

   Marcel Ventosa founds Chenla Stamped Concrete, a contracting company focused on the installation of stamped concrete floors.
6. 2022

   Phnom Penh, Cambodia

   Chenla Agathos Solutions

   Chenla Agathos Solutions (CAS) is established as a result of a merger between EM Cambodia and Chenla Stamped Concrete.
   
   The company continues to operate both business units under their original names.
