Marcel leads strategy, organizational design, and the systems that allow a lean team to deliver complex work without losing coherence. Ning leads project delivery, managing risk at the site interface and ensuring the control and transparency that clients on the owner's side require.

Two decades across manufacturing, IT systems, corporate communications, and construction materials -- in Mexico, Bangkok, and Cambodia. The industries varied. The problem was always the same: how to create operating clarity where it does not yet exist.
Based in Phnom Penh since 2018. At Chenla Agathos, Marcel leads strategy, business development, and organizational design.

Ning (Puttiporn) Sukosit
Co-founder & Project Director
Over 20 years in construction project delivery across Thailand and Cambodia. From contracts management to project direction at EM Group, leading multidisciplinary teams on commercial, entertainment, and industrial projects. A track record defined by disciplined execution and the ability to hold delivery together when conditions shift.
Based in Phnom Penh since 2018. At Chenla Agathos, Ning leads delivery across construction management and quantity surveying.
