KFK Central Kitchen Complete and Operational

Kungfu Kitchen's central kitchen and warehouse facility is now complete and operational.

Chenla Agathos Solutions managed the project from demolition and structural works through architectural, MEP, cold storage, and handover, helping deliver a facility designed to support centralized food production across KFK's growing F&B operations in Phnom Penh.

Projects of this nature require close coordination across multiple parties, including the client, contractors, direct suppliers, the landlord, and other stakeholders, particularly when final kitchen equipment specifications need to be integrated into the design and delivery process.
