Today is Lunar New Year.
In Cambodia, most projects don't pause. Sites run. Decisions continue. Greetings are exchanged, ang pao passed hand to hand. We did this in our office.
What we value about this moment is the coexistence of celebration and continuity.
Momentum is never the difficult part in projects. Direction is.
When energy rises, decisions get made faster, sometimes informally, sometimes without a clear record. That's when risk quietly compounds.
Our focus stays the same: clear roles, documented decisions, disciplined sequencing. The work that keeps projects legible when everything else is moving.
