Infrastructure works for a special economic zone (industrial park), including roadworks; drainage and sewage systems; telecommunications; water supply and reclaimed water distribution networks; wastewater treatment plant; and water treatment plant.

The project’s main challenge is the extremely limited timeline required to deliver essential utilities—particularly electricity and water—to incoming tenants. Coordination is ongoing and complex due to the large number of involved parties. This is an active project.
