Our team has worked on **diverse types of projects**, such as retail and large complexes, hospitals, schools, hotels, residential developments, and factories.

We work with the client to understand the project’s requirements and needs.  We can support in the form of Owner’s Representative to help the Client in all aspects of a project, from setting up and monitoring the timeline, recruiting project team members and related consultants, development of the project up to a project’s operational launch.

1 Project definition and project execution.

For construction management and project management, we focus on understanding the design and project program, including the Client’s business needs, in order to help them achieve their objectives in terms of quality, time, and budget.

We can also provide only the quantity surveying (QS) services, which includes pre-qualification of contractors, tender documents, tender estimates, tender management, contract documents, interim payment valuation, variation order and final account.  High quality contract and cost administration can offer a most effective path to successful best value projects.
